Residence Inn by Marriott Billings

Could you please have some of your staff posted near the elevator to assist people on departure with bags on the upper floors the next time your elevator goes down especially senior's like me otherwise it's a nice place.. I appreciate your reply BUT will you actually do something the elevator was making a shuttering noise when we checked in maybe a brake issue hopefully your staff could be trained to recognize such things.

We are faithful Residence Inn guests. We have never once had a bad experience at one- and we’ve traveled the country! Their rooms are always clean comfortable and fully stocked with everything we could need. The staff are always very nice and friendly and this location is no exception. At the front Desk, Chris, was extremely helpful and kind when we arrived in the middle of the night. I am so glad we’ve found this hotel line because we will never stay anywhere else! I also must include they Literally always have the best breakfasts, but this location had the best!! Blueberry AND strawberry compote, waffles, muffins, bagels, eggs, sausage, hashbrown patties biscuits and gravy and more! It was absolutely delicious and exactly what we needed before hitting the road again. They also have a beautiful fire pit outside that I wish we had time to stop at before bed. Thank you Billings Residence Inn!!!!

What a great stay. Rooms were comfy, and the staff was incredible. Relle was even able to accommodate my request for a late checkout due to me being stranded without a vehicle and having a late flight. She went above and beyond. Close enough to restaurants and stores as well. Clean room, updated showers, and comfy beds.

We stayed her with our 3 kids and the two rooms were perfect for us. We also had a young lady named Danika at the front desk who was super helpful and kind.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Billings. It was our first time at this location, and like other Residence Inns we've been to, it didn't disappoint. Our room was nice and had plenty of room for our family. Rebecca, the breakfast attendant, was very kind each morning that we saw her. Lots of choices for breakfast, which was great. The pool is nice, although the temperature felt colder than the posted temperature of 82 degrees. But, it felt great on hot August days! We will be back when we return to Billings!

Booked a room for a special day with Residence and, couldnt be more pleased with the assistance by your young lady at the front desk, Danika. Friendly and thorough, polite and welcoming. Made booking a breeze!

This hotel was incredibly welcoming and provided a truly comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and the addition of a fireplace created a warm and cozy atmosphere, making it feel like a true home away from home. I also enjoyed the fireplaces located throughout the property. I want to give a special shout-out to Alisha. She’s the reason for the 5-star review! Her personable approach and amazing customer service made me feel incredibly welcome and ensured I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you, Alisha! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

My family n I stayed here a year maybe two years ago they were remolding rooms. We were super excited to stay this year at the residence with remolded rooms. The room were beautiful, comfy beds and even comfy pullout bed when does that ever happen. The rooms were clean n cozy. Loved the windows open. Breakfast was a nice spread even turkey sausage which I loved. Nice eggs, pastry and the oatmeal toppings so many yummy topping. I could not believe it. Coffee was so good, I loved the flavored water. My family n I loved sitting by the fire pit, they have an awesome gym so but very very nice. The front desk was friendly, helpful with big smiles. We just loved talking to Aisha in evening.
